  • U Sheet Pile

U sheet pile is a service-proven type familiar to both designers and constructors, which is extensively used for permanent structures, temporary earth-retaining works and temporary cofferdams, etc
In addition to its rigid structure, its moment of inertia per pile is relatively large, thus allowing repetitive use
Available in a range of sections, with section modulus values ranging from 456 to 4042 cm

SHEET PILES

Cold Formed Sheet Pile The production of cold formed sheet pile closely follows the European standard, EN 10249, "Cold Forming of Non-alloy Steel Sheet Pile" norms. Compared with hot rolled steel sheet piles, it has the advantage of light weight, low cost, high modulus of section, and random length. The catalog of cold formed sheet pile includes U section and Z section, both with a wide range of sizes, which covering almost all popular sizes in the world market. There are numerous reasons to use sheet pile. For permanent construction, some uses include retaining walls, bulkheads, bridge abutments, graving docks, cut-off walls, mooring dolphins and pier protection cells. Temporary structures include cofferdams used to construct building excavations, trenches, piers for bridges, and lock & dams in our inland river system.
