CARBIDE BITS
Introduction
Our company supplies the carbide bits of high quality. We are producing more than 50 different items of these products.
The carbide bits are made up of body, tip and spring adapter.
1. BODY
1) Material: Chinese steel grade 40Cr. With very similar chemic and mechanical properties as DIN grade 41Cr4/42Gr4 (Germany), BS grade 41Cr4 (British), NF grade 38Cr4/41Cr4 (France), UNI grade 41Cr4 (Italy), NBN grade 42Cr4 (Belgium), SS grade 2245 (Switzerland), AISI/SAE/ASTM 5140 (USA), JIS grade SCr440 (H)/SCr440 (Japan, ISO grade 41Cr4. 2) Producing process: Forge and machining.
3) Hardness: Up to HRC 52 after heat treatment.
2. TIP
1) Material: Chinese steel grade YG6, YG8, YG10. They are all Tungsten alloys. And they are a little different from the content of WC and Co, also the hardness and bending strength are different. You can find more details about the chemic and mechanical properties below.
2) Producing process: Forge, roll and drawing. Welding to the round groove on top of the head of body.
3) Hardness: Up to HRA 95 after heat treatment.
3. SPRING ADAPTER
1) Material: Chinese steel grade 65Mn. It is a spring steel. You can find more details about the chemic and mechanical properties below.
2) Producing process: Punch, heat treat and black oxide coating.
3) Hardness: Up to HRC 42-48 after heat treatment.
We also produce the pedestal of the bits. The material and producing process are similar with the tips of bits.
After assembling the carbide bits will be sent to heat treat by mesh belt furnace. Then packing and delivering.
